At msg we see diversity as an opportunity that not only holds potential for our company, but something that is also a social responsibility. That is why we at msg are committed to promoting diversity, preventing discrimination and respecting an employee’s personality, while also ensuring opportunities for employees to grow and develop. Our company values provide the foundation that allows us to make these goals a reality.

“Living Diversity” community

msg's group-wide, open diversity community is organized through our internal communication channels and provides all our employees with a platform for discussing diversity at msg. Interested employees can investigate all facets of diversity and can network, obtain information and enter into discussions, making msg brighter, better and most importantly more colorful.

Inclusion & equal opportunity

Inclusion project to increase number of severely disabled persons employed at msg

Toward the end of 2021, dedicated employees came together to create an inclusion project. Since then, the project has been working in close collaboration with the employer to implement measures that increase the number of severely disabled working at msg, while also increasing the number of contracts awarded to job creation programs (e.g., sheltered workshops).

The project group is primarily active in the following fields:

  • Applications and hiring
  • Advancement and awareness building
  • Awarding of contracts 
  • Accessibility – software 
  • Accessibility – sites and workspaces
  • Reports
