Cologne: long standing traditions in the heart of Rhineland

msg’s Cologne location was founded in 1994 and has been growing strong ever since – with more than 300 employees at present. Our Cologne-based experts advise and support customers in the Insurance, Automotive, Food, Public Sector, Banking, Travel & Logistics and Telecommunications & Media industries, including customers such as Deutsche Post AG, the Federal Department of Administration and the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as well-known insurance companies such as AXA, HDI/Talanx, ERGO and DEVK. Furthermore, colleagues from our cross-disciplinary Business Intelligence, Test & Quality Management and Applied Technology Research divisions also work here.

We are well connected, as many of our customers are located in or around Cologne. We also work to maintain a strong connection to Cologne’s university of applied sciences, the TH Cologne, and the technological institute Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. We support this relationship by offering lectures, workshops and study trips.

Our offices are located in a modern building and the numerous pool offices, comfortable conference rooms and the free parking available on-site make it a very inviting place to work. Even the free coffee, our breakfast catering service and a kitchen for warming up bag lunches are part of our location’s high standards. We even have the option to use the canteens at the two neighboring film studios at lunch.

We enjoy a pleasant, relaxed work environment and we hold team work and team spirit in high regard. These values are reinforced by our annual business unit and division meetings and our department events, which often involve athletic events (such as canoeing or archery) and tours in the surrounding areas. Many of our colleagues participate in corporate challenge runs, like the Business Run, or organize game nights, cartoon or movie nights or get together to grill.

Our office buildings are located in close proximity to the Media Park in the northern part of Hürth and thus at the gateway to Cologne. Our offices are easy to reach by car or public transportation. In recent years, Hürth has become a media hot spot, with around 80 media companies. The city also benefits from its close proximity to Cologne, which has an excellent infrastructure and a strong base of mid-sized companies, not to mention the wide variety of cultural, shopping and sporting events the charming cathedral city has to offer.
