On the road to success right from the start
To ensure that you feel at home with us right from the start, we would like to begin your learning journey at msg together with you and your new colleagues at our Start Day. During this event, you will get to know the msg group and the msg culture as well as our IT infrastructure, organizational processes and important internal systems. We also place an emphasis on networking among our new colleagues.
Additional assistance comes from your personal introductory meeting with your superior. Information on where you will be working, important dates and activities during your first few weeks facilitates your start with msg. Your colleagues will also be right there, happy to provide any help you need.
Toward the end of your trial period, your superior will invite you to a feedback meeting in which you can examine your first few months with us as well as the goals, milestones and measures that were defined. You and your superior can then decide the best approach going forward.

Our target group-specific programs give you the opportunity to pursue different careers by participating in different modules over an extended period of time. Jobs that involve similar activities are grouped into so-called job families. These, in turn, are organized into different levels known as job levels. As a result, all employees can be positioned within the job model based on their function (job family) and the extent of their experience, knowledge and responsibility (job level), also referred to as the job title.
Over time, employees can advance not just beyond their job level, but even horizontally, into fields with different form and content.
