To make sure you feel right at home with us from the beginning, you and our other new colleagues will find out what you need to know about msg on your very first day. On your official start day you will get to know our company and its culture, the central organizational processes, the IT infrastructure and important contact partners. You will be introduced to the most important systems we use internally and which you will use to organize your day-to-day work. This allows you to quickly become familiar with your own work.
Additional assistance comes from your initiation meeting with your superior. Information on where you will be working, important dates and activities during your first few weeks facilitate your integration. Management and experienced colleagues will be there to serve as mentors and contact partners. We want to make sure you are an integral part of the team from day one.
Toward the end of your trial period, your superior will invite you to a feedback meeting in which you can examine your first few months with us, as well as the goals, milestones and measures defined during your initiation meeting. You and your superior can then decide the best approach going forward. This type of exchange will continue to take place, with reviews taking place at least once a year – for the purpose of effectively developing your potential and advancing your career with us.
